  8. Installation:  To install Yacht, copy YACHT.EXE and YACHT.HLP to the desired
  9.                directory.  Yacht will create YACHT.INI in this directory
  10.                when first executed.  Run YACHT.EXE from the Program or
  11.                File Manager.

  13. How to Play:   The instructions for play and rules of the game are in the
  14.                on-line help within Yacht.
  15.  
  16. Registration:  Yacht is shareware.  You may download, upload, and copy this
  17.                shareware version AS IS (with files YACHT.EXE, YACHT.HLP, and
  18.                and README.TXT) for evaluation.  It may not be sold.

  20.                If you enjoy Yacht, please register.  Registered users will
  21.                receive the latest registered version of Yacht, which includes
  22.                high score record keeping.
